Awards Dinner

The dinner honors awardees of CSBS superior research and teaching awards and University awards, as well as scholarship recipients for both graduate and undergraduate students. Over 200 faculty, staff, alumni, and students were in attendance at the gathering held on April 19, including Ashley Edgette, the 6th consecutive Harry S. Truman Scholarship Recipient, and General Paul Slack, this year’s CSBS Honorary Distinguished Alumni Recipient.

This year, the college awarded 25 undergraduate scholarships and 15 graduate scholarships. The total amount of scholarship money allocated was $160,000—an increase of $15,000 from last year.
