Book over the Phone, Cancel, or Check on Your Appointment
Prefer to book an appointment over the phone? Call us at 801-213-1144 and we can assist you. If we are unable to answer, please leave your name, student ID, and phone number to call you back.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please cancel as soon as possible in order
to allow other students to utilize that time. To cancel, you must do so from the email
confirmation which was sent to you when you first scheduled the appointment or call
801-213-1144.
Late Policy
We place students at the center of all we do and are committed to having all appointments start and end on time. In order to provide on-time appointments for all students and to be respectful of everyone's time (fellow students and advisors) you will be asked to reschedule if you are 10 minutes (or more) late for an appointment.
We understand that there are circumstances outside of your control which can contribute
to reasons for being late. Therefore, we are happy to help you reschedule by either
calling 801-213-1144 or sending an email to undergraduate.advising@csbs.utah.edu (and make sure to include your student ID#).
Returning Students
Returning students were previously enrolled in courses at the University of Utah but discontinued enrollment without completing a bachelor’s degree (if you are just registering for next semester, see “current students” above to schedule). Please call 801-213-1144 to schedule over the phone.
