Diplomas will be mailed to graduates within three months after graduation. Please make any corrections to your mailing address in CIS to ensure proper delivery. Contact the Graduation Division of the Office of the Registrar (email@example.com) with questions.
Island Photography has been authorized to photograph graduates during convocation. Island Photography will contact each student (reader card) and distribute a small color image with an order form to purchase more. There is no obligation to buy. Students, families and friends may also register to receive proofs.
Reader cards are used to announce a graduate’s name during the Convocation Ceremony, and to identify students in photos. Reader cards will be available for pick up starting April 1 on the table outside of the Student Success Center: Gardner Commons Room 2455.
Please pick up a yellow reader card and fill out both sides with your information. Those students who are in attendance will give their reader cards to the name readers as they walk to pick up their diploma cover at convocation.
