INTERNSHIP CORDS FOR CONVOCATION

We are once again honoring graduating students who have completed an internship with cords for this year's convocation. Internships must have taken place while the student was studying at the U, but students do not need to have earned credit or secured the internship through CSBS Internships to be eligible.

To receive a cord, students need to fill out this survey:

INTERNSHIP CORD SURVEY

Cords will be available for pick-up at the Graduation Extravaganza.

Sustainability Pledge

In conjunction with the Graduation Pledge Alliance, the University of Utah's Sustainability Office seeks to build a global community committed to social and environmental responsibility in the workplace and through individual action to build a healthy, sustainable, and just world. The Sustainability Pledge asks individuals to consider the impacts their job and lifestyle has on social equity and the environment and encourages them to improve both of these aspects through individual and collective  actions.

Those who commit to The Sustainability Pledge and who study with participating colleges may pick up a green cord to wear at commencement and convocation to symbolize their commitment.

      • Graduation extravaganza, March 26th from 10am-2pm in the Alumni House
      • Reading Day, April 24th from 8am-3pm in GC 2455, CSBS Student Success Center

By completing this form you agree to share your name and UNID with the Sustainability Office and confirm that you are associated with the University of Utah. The Sustainability Office may also use your answers to non-required questions in materials and advertising, and for future Sustainability Pledge promotions. However, individuals will remain anonymous.
