Last year, undergraduate students, Natalie Fillerup and Hannah Stevens worked with environmental and sustainability studies
associate professor, Adrienne Cachelin, and political science assistant professor,
David Carter, to determine the cost and availability of certified food products across different communities. The results have now been published in the Journal
