Congratulations to assistant professor David Carter, who just received the American Society for Public Administrations Founders' Fellowship for 2017. "The Founders' Fellows program recognizes current and future accomplishments of the next generation of those serving the public good." Founder' Fellows receive a year-long series of developmental opportunities designed especially for their academic and professional growth.
