Megan is a Managing Director at GMMB, a pioneer in issue and cause communications. She works with a diverse array of organizations that share a common goal: improving conditions for people living in poverty. She takes on some of the toughest local and global challenges, leading campaigns on advancing scientific breakthroughs, increasing access to health technologies, improving education outcomes, and reducing family homelessness.

A seasoned strategist, Megan’s career spans more than two decades in electoral politics, communications, and advocacy. On behalf of leading clients in philanthropy and the nonprofit sector, Megan has designed campaigns to change attitudes, inspire action, and shape public policy. Her clients have included the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, PATH, The Lancet, and the Washington State Charter Schools Association. Before she joined GMMB in 2006, Megan directed a Washington State campaign to ban smoking in restaurants and bars, managed congressional campaigns, and served as press secretary and legislative staff for several members of the U.S. Congress from the Pacific Northwest. An avid fan, Megan worked for the Salt Lake 2002 and Vancouver 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.
