Janice Ugaki is the President and Co-Founder of Firmseek, an award-winning marketing and technology company based in Washington, DC. She frequently joins leading experts in speaking on technology and business development issues around the country. Before starting her company 14 years ago, Janice lectured at Harvard Law School, designed and taught courses at Harvard College, and worked in the corporate departments of law firms in Tokyo, New York, San Francisco, Boston and Salt Lake City. Janice received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and was a Rhodes Scholar at Oxford University. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Utah with an Honors B.S. in Finance, an Honors B.A. in Political Science, and a minor in Japanese.
Janice currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of American Rhodes Scholars, is the Chair of the Park City Medical Center Foundation Board, Co-Chairs the University of Utah Honors College National Advisory Board, and is a Board Member for the Park City Education Foundation, and the Park City Museum and Historical Society. She has served on the University of Utah College of Science Advisory Board, the Rocky Mountain Innocence Project Board of Directors, and the Park City Women's Giving Fund Steering Committee. Janice is married to Doug Greally and has two kids. She enjoys traveling, skiing, running, and hiking with her family and friends.
