Faculty Feature - Armando Solorzano
Armando Solorzano, associate professor in the Department of Family & Consumer Studies and Ethnic Studies, recently sat down for an interview with KUER's RadioWest to discuss Latino culture in Utah. Solorzano says the time has come for Latino-American Utahns to reclaim their history and regain a sense of belonging to this state.
Solorzano has published numerous works exploring Latino culture, including We Remember, We Celebrate, We Believe / Recuerdo, Celebración, y Esperanza - Latinos in Utah (University of Utah Press, 2014).
