Four win CLAS Field Research Grants
Four CSBS students were recently awarded Field Research Grants by the Center for Latin
American Studies. Congratulations to Emily Post, Angelina De Marco, Kurt Wilson, all
anthropology majors, and Christopher Jensen, political science major, who will use
the awards to further their research!
- Emily's research will focus on the ways that female alliances may deter sexual violence in the island of Dominica.
- Angelina will travel to Haiti to research the relationship between social networks and health outcome.
- Kurt will conduct archaeological research on origins of social inequality in Peru.
- Christopher will spend time this summer researching Cuban civil society.
