How to schedule a project room in Gardner Commons

Project rooms in Gardner Commons are now available for students to book for periods of time up to, but not exceeding, two hours.

To book a project room, students can:

  1. Visit the Gardner Commons Information Desk and speak with the Campus Information Specialist
  2. Call the Gardner Commons Information Desk (801) 213-0999
  3. Log onto and submit an online request form

Steps to submit the online request form

  • Click the “Events” tab located in the top left-hand corner of the screen
  • Select the “Event Request” link
  • Click the drop-down menu and choose “Gardner Commons Project Room Reservation”
  • Review the Usage Policy and fill out the required information
  • Select the day and time you/the group would like to request a room
  • Select “Create” to send your request for approval
  • Await a confirmation email

Online request forms must be submitted at least 24 hours ahead of the requested reservation appointment to ensure adequate time for review and approval. For day-of reservations, please call or visit the Gardner Commons Information Desk.
