
Charles L. Perschon

In law school, Mr. Perschon was a summer clerk for Presiding Judge Judith M. Billings of the Utah Court of Appeals and was a summer associate at Danaher, Lagnese & Neal in Hartford, Connecticut. After graduating in 2006, Mr. Perschon joined Hill, Johnson & Schmutz in Provo, Utah where he practiced litigation and appellate work. While at HJS, Mr. Perschon second-chaired a four-day jury trial yielding a $3.1 million dollar verdict for his clients.
In 2010, Mr. Perschon joined Prince, Yeates & Geldzahler. As a shareholder, he practices commercial litigation and appellate work. In 2013, he was selected as a Mountain States Super Lawyer Rising Star after being chosen through a nomination process in which other attorneys select the best lawyers, age 40 or younger, whom they have observed in a professional setting. The "Rising Star" honor is presented to fewer than 2.5% of the lawyers in Utah each year.
Mr. Perschon holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Utah and a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law. He is an avid marathoner.
