Greg currently serves as the Municipal Administrator of the Magna Metro Township. Prior to his work with the Metro Township, Greg spent almost 10 years serving Magna and the other previously unincorporated communities of the west side from the position of West Township Representative for Salt Lake County.
From his background of work in both the public and private sector, Greg has a strong knowledge of budgeting and finance, operations and performance management, public policy, public administration, nonprofits and economics. His multi-faceted background allows Greg to communicate complex concepts in ways that make them easier to understand.
Greg has both his BS (Economics) and Masters of Public Administration degrees from the University of Utah where he graduated as a member of the academic honors societies in both disciplines. Greg is a veteran of both the US Army and Utah Army National Guard.
He, his wife Alesha, and their two children have lived in Magna since 1996.
