Fall 2013 Mentors

Jeff Scott has a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Economics and is President of Scott Intermountain Cos.

Sean Meegan has an M.S. and P.H.D in Psychology and is the Senior Research Associate at Intermountain Healthcare

Brian Haslam has a BS and an MS in Geography and is President of Cityworks

Chris Gamvroulas has a B.S. in Political Science and is President of Ivory Home Development

Olga de la Cruz has a B.S. in Sociology and an M.P.A in Public Administration and is President of de la Cruz Associates

Polly Wiessner is a professor in the Anthropology Department and has a B.A. from Sarah Lawrence and a P.H. D. form the University of Michigan Ann Arbor 

 

Spring 2014 Mentors

Leslie Knapp is a professor and the chair of the Anthropology Department at the University of Utah.

Sean Slatter is an Economics alumni who is the President and CEO of Logistics Specialties, Inc. (LSI) in Layton, Utah. He is also the owner of Alamexo Mexican Kitchen in downtown Salt Lake City.

Christy Tribe is a Family & Consumer Studies alumni who is the Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer for Junior Achievement of Utah.

Carolyn Christensen is a Professional Development Specialist in the Office of Child Care and Family, Child Care Center Director, Head Start Education Specialist, Early Childhood Trainer, and an administrator in OCC.

Tom Love is a Political Science alumni who is the President and founding partner of Love Communications in Salt Lake City.

Nanci Klein received her PhD in Psychology from the University of Utah and currently maintains a private outpatient psychotherapy practice in Salt Lake City.

Cheryl Wright is a professor in Family and Consumer Studies, Head Start Director, administrator in an emergency shelter for children and families, and a social worker.
